- I, the User of the Operator's web resources/websites (https://dasaeva-designer.com and https://t.me/TildaFormsBot, hereinafter the "Web Resources", "Websites" or "Network Addresses"), in accordance with Articles 9, 10.1 and 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006, hereby give my voluntary and informed consent to Individual Entrepreneur Natalya Dmitrievna Dasaeva (hereinafter, the "Operator") to process and disseminate (including transfer) my personal data (hereinafter, the "Data"), with or without the use of automation.

- The processing period ends when the purposes of processing are achieved, or when the Operator receives a withdrawal of this consent from the Data subject or their authorised representative.
- In accordance with Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006, the Data subject reserves the right to require the Operator to stop processing their Data by sending an email with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing". The date of withdrawal is the day following the day the Operator receives the notice of withdrawal of consent to Data processing and/or to receiving advertising. Upon receiving such a request, the Operator must immediately stop processing the subject's Data and provide a list of the third parties to whom the personal data was transferred.
Personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, cookies, messenger username/phone number.

Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), with or without automation, performed on personal data. This includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
